RavenForge builds strategy games in the gaps between infrastructure work. We’re drawn to the kinds of experiences that mainstream studios don’t prioritize — games where the challenge comes from thinking, not reaction speed, and where atmosphere matters as much as mechanics.
Our Games
Ravenforge Isles is a pirate RTS where your crew explores ancient island ruins, discovers powerful artifacts, and battles the island's native defenders.
A WW2 submarine warfare game focused on crew management, system maintenance, and tense tactical decisions. Built in Godot. Early prototype available.
Philosophy
The best games challenge you to think, not just react. We build strategy games where every choice has weight and consequences play out over time, not in milliseconds.
A submarine should feel claustrophobic. An uncharted island should feel dangerous. We invest in tone and tension because mechanics alone don't create memorable experiences.
We share our work early, talk openly about what's working and what isn't, and don't pretend to be bigger than we are. If a game isn't ready, we say so.
Complex systems don't need complex interfaces. We aim for games with simple rules that create deep, emergent gameplay. Easy to understand, hard to master.
